arguments: m:matrix deg:intarray >> matrix
Yields a matrix 'n' such that 'm n' is a matrix whose columns form a k-basis for the submodule image(m) in degree 'deg'. If 'm' is not a Groebner basis, then this set generates image(m) in degree 'deg', but may not be independent.
