arguments: ringelem lo:int hi:int >> ringelem; OR vector lo:int hi:int >> vector
Yields the sum of all terms within the given indices (inclusive). If either lo or hi is less than zero, then they refer to the last indices. For example, if lo=-3, and hi=-1, then this chooses the last three monomials of a polynomial.
