arguments: m:matrix >> f:ringmap; OR I:ideal >> f:ringmap
Create a ring map f : (any ring S) --> (ring m). The i th variable of S is mapped to the i th element of (the first row of) m, or the i th element of I, using the engine command 'ggev'.
