Titel: Time domain random walk modelling of tracer transport in fractured media walks.

Sammanfattning: Transport is investigated in the situation where transition time and the exchange rate between free (mobile) and trapped (immobile) states vary randomly and follow broad distributions. The waiting time density is derived as a subordination with two correlated directing processes: the transition time and a non-negative random variable associated with exchange. Implications of the results are illustrated for fractured rocks. For most tracers of interest, transport is controlled primarily by exchange disorder; random transition has a comparatively small impact.
